Stress-free parking and manoeuvring: Thanks to optionally available rear-axle steering, you can manoeuvre the VLE as agilely as a limousine. It reduces the curb-to-curb turning circle to 10.9 meters. This gives the VLE a turning circle comparable with the new Mercedes-Benz CLA.

The new AIRMATIC with intelligent suspension control makes every journey a remarkably serene experience. This new optional air suspension is also more intelligent when it comes to ride-height control. For the first time, it uses Google Maps data to keep the vehicle as low as possible for as long as possible, reducing aerodynamic drag and thus energy consumption. With the AIRMATIC air suspension, the vehicle’s ride height can be raised and lowered by 40 millimeters for increased ground clearance or ease of entry.

Ideal fit for every journey: With a convincing range of more than 700 kilometers (WLTP), the VLE perfectly handles long range journeys. If you want to align the length of your coffee breaks with the charging times, order an espresso instead of a cappuccino. Because the VLE can recharge up to 320 kilometers of range in just 15 minutes. With just 2 fifteen-minute charging stops, you can drive from Stuttgart to Rome. More than 300 kW standard fast-charging capability at 800-volt fast-charging stations, exemplary efficiency, and a powerful NMC battery technology with 115 kWh make it possible.

The rear compartment in the VLE can be used in a versatile way: for relaxing just as for working. With cup holders, folding tables, USB-C ports, a temperature-controlled storage compartment, and storage drawers under the seats, we offer you a variety of functional equipment options. Whatever you have planned, everyone will keep a cool head thanks to the optional automatic dual-zone climate control for the rear.

Seat Design Classic or Excellence – depending on the selected line – is the first choice you can make for the numerous configuration options for rear seating.

Individual seats and benches are available in various upholstery options: from fabric Quito via ARTICO man-made leather to ARTICO man-made leather / MICROCUT microfiber and Nappa leather. The color palette includes black, ivory beige, and beech brown.

When you have your hands full, you don’t want to operate door handles. Therefore, you can open and close the two sliding doors and the EASY-PACK tailgate of the VLE via optionally available HANDS-FREE ACCESS – just with a kick. Another highlight in the VLE are the fully retractable windows in the sliding doors. Just as practical as the doors is the optional separately opening rear window, which makes loading and unloading particularly convenient.

The optional MBUX Rear Space Experience with an extendable 79.5 cm (31.3-inch) large, high-resolution display brings information and entertainment in the rear to a new level. Watch a movie, play games, or participate in a video conference? How about both at the same time, because thanks to the split-screen function, the display can be divided vertically and populated with different content. If you prefer to enjoy the view from the vehicle, the display moves back into its “garage” above the driver and front passenger seats.

Optimized sound for every seat row: The optional Burmester® 3D surround sound system with 22 speakers, 750 watts system power, and Dolby Atmos® will impress you. The individually controlled speakers and a powerful DSP amplifier pamper you with a perfectly tuned-to-the-interior-space sound experience. So, you enjoy a finely adjustable 3D surround sound with unparalleled depth – and feel like you’re in the auditorium of an opera house or a jazz club.

The VLE features the latest MBUX powered by MB.OS. It comes with artificial intelligence, combining multiple AI agents in one system. With this technology, the new MBUX Virtual Assistant revolutionizes the relationship between the vehicle and the passengers in every seat. Customers experience a more intuitive and personal digital companion with generative AI, multi-turn dialogues one might have with a friend and short-term memory. The MBUX Virtual Assistant appears as a living avatar on the MBUX Zero Layer, featuring dynamic colors and animations.

The high-performance Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS) is a holistic digital ecosystem that includes many functions in the vehicle beyond navigation and infotainment. It enables extensive digitalization, for example, regular Over-the-Air updates (OTA) that keep your VLE up to date, adding new features without visiting a dealer.
