All vehicles that you reserve through the Mercedes-Benz Store and subsequently purchase from our local authorized dealer (Cycle & Carriage Industries Pte Ltd) are covered by the full Mercedes-Benz warranty.
What warranty do I have for vehicles reserved in the Mercedes-Benz Online Store and subsequently purchased?
The manufacturer's warranty of 3 years applies to all vehicles reserved and subsequently purchased in the Mercedes-Benz Online Store. This begins with the delivery or first registration of the vehicle - the earlier date applies.
Information on cancellation of vehicle reservation
Do I have the right to cancel my vehicle reservation on the Mecedes-Benz Store?
You can cancel your reservation within 5 days without giving any reason. For more information please refer to the terms and conditions in the Reservation Agreement.
You can review these in the order process and upon cancellation an order cancellation email will be sent to you.
