Via your Mercedes me profile and/or via the Mercedes me Data Protection Centre, which is part of the Mercedes me ID Service, you can view whether and how your personal data are processed in connection with your Mercedes me ID and the Mme services you have selected, including, for example, details of the respective data custodian, the purpose of the data processing and the personal data concerned (categories) (collectively, the "Transparency Function").

Via the Mercedes-Benz Inbox, you have the option of receiving messages and notifications (short notifications) about your vehicle from us and other Digital Extra service providers.

The Mercedes-Benz Preference Service takes into account the preferences you have entered and made across all Digital Extras services.

Via the Mercedes-Benz Inbox, you have the option of receiving messages and notifications (short notifications) about your vehicle from us and other Digital Extras service providers.

If you are a new customer or do not yet have a user account, you will receive your Mercedes me ID when you register.

If you already have a user account without a Mercedes me ID, you can obtain a Mercedes me ID by logging in to your existing user account, accepting the Mercedes me ID access conditions that then appear, and adding your address, phone number, date of birth.

You can delete your Mercedes me ID at any time. However, please note that after deleting your Mercedes me ID you will no longer be able to use the Mercedes me ID services. For more information, please refer to the Mercedes me ID access conditions, which you can view in the registration dialogue.

In order to offer you a Mercedes me ID, it is necessary to collect and process personal details from you. This is done strictly in accordance with the data protection laws applicable in your country, of course.
