Explore a world of transformation and purposeful living.

Mercedes-Benz was proud to present GREEN-HOUSE 2025 for the third year running on 8-9 November at Temasek Shophouse. As a key partner alongside Pass It On®, we continue to champion sustainable living in Singapore and beyond. Attendees discovered a plethora of first-hand experiences, engaging workshops and sustainable local brands – demonstrating how they could drive positive change that's smarter and more accessible.

At the festival, we had curated a showcase of regenerative design, “Engineered for Impact”, with three like-minded collaborators. Through a future-minded installation, a film on circularity, and upcycled memorabilia, we explored the permanence and purpose of plastic, turning it into a powerful statement of enduring responsibility.

Living Form, Lasting Purpose

The pinnacle of lasting form – the G-Class – met plastic, a material built to endure. In collaboration with design studio EDITECTURE, we reimagined the icon as a symbol of intelligent evolution into a life-sized 3D-printed G-Class. Modular furniture, made entirely from plastic with 40,531 upcycled PET bottles, formed the vehicle’s unmistakable silhouette; built to last and ready to be reused. Through the structure, we explored permanence and purpose, asking a simple but powerful question. What if the very qualities that made plastic problematic – its durability and ubiquity – could become its greatest assets?

Come see this G-Class installation "Living Form, Lasting Purpose" at the Mercedes-Benz Center, L1, Main Atrium.

From Hand to Coral

Every discarded piece of plastic could tell a story. Every end could spark a new beginning. From discarded plastic bottles to personalised BYO bottle holders, we turned the seascape blue. More than a product, it was a statement of responsibility: to refuse single-use items and bring your own. 100% of proceeds went to the 100k Corals Initiative by the Garden City Fund, ensuring the transplantation of 100,000 corals across Singapore's waters over the next decade and that our daily choices ripple into restoring our local ecosystem.

“From Hand to Coral” was produced by Mercedes-Benz and design studio WASTD. Attendees at GREEN-HOUSE 2025 were able to customise their very own bottle holder.

What It Takes to Evolve

Every step we take has the potential to protect our beautiful shores and beyond. Instead of seeing plastic as waste, we continually seek opportunities to innovate and transform. Our short film hosted by Rosalyn Lee (Rozz) explores the powerful transformation of waste into worth and individual effort into collective impact – capturing how changemakers have been partnering with Mercedes-Benz to reimagine the future of plastic. It is a compelling look at how true evolution starts when we act as one.
