With Mercedes me Charge, Mercedes-Benz offers its customers access to one of the largest public charging networks in the world. Just with one charging account Mercedes-Benz customers have access to more than 1.5 million charging points worldwide. The charging points of the Mercedes-Benz charging network will be seamlessly integrated. Mercedes me Charge customers choose one of three smart charging tariffs and thus adapt the costs optimally to their personal situation and individual charging behaviour. Mercedes me Charge customers are able to charge their Mercedes-Benz according to their current Mercedes me Charge contract at an attractive fixed price, regardless of the operator.

The Mercedes-Benz Charging Network offers fast, convenient and Green Charging of electric vehicles. Depending on region, the charging stations offer charging rates of currently up to 400 kW, provided via the respective standard charging systems. The charging stations are located around main traffic areas and select Mercedes-Benz dealerships. The charging network is open to drivers of all brands. Mercedes-Benz customers, however, enjoy special benefits, for example the ability to reserve a charging point via the Mercedes me Charge service to reduce waiting times. The Mercedes-Benz Charging Network will be seamlessly integrated here and will complement the more than 1.5 million charging points to which users already have access worldwide.

One cable for all purposes: with the Flexible Charging System Pro, you can safely charge your electric vehicle at all common power sources and at up to 22 kW. Thanks to the various different charging adapters, you can stay flexible at all times, whether at home, on the move or abroad. It's practical too: the system shows how much power you've already charged.

Experience comfortable Navigation with Electric Intelligence. The navigation system not only suggests the optimal route, including all necessary charging stops, but also calculates the expected charging costs. In addition, you have the option to edit the planned route individually at any time by adding preferred charging stations along the route or rejecting suggested charging stations.

The active range monitoring checks continuously during the journey whether the entered destination will be reached with the current battery charge level. The system supports you if this is too low and it does not find an alternative route. For example, you will receive a recommendation of the maximum speed at which you can still reach your destination.

With green electricity certificates, Green Charging ensures that an equivalent amount of electricity from renewable energy sources is fed into the power grid for charging processes via Mercedes me Charge when electricity from renewable energy sources is not yet available.  

If navigation is activated, your vehicle "knows" the next charging stop and brings the battery to the best possible charging temperature while you are still driving. Thanks to automatic preconditioning you can make optimum use of the charging power. Without active route guidance, the battery is tempered during the charging process itself and thus may not charge at full speed.

New European electric G-Class owners receive a year of Mercedes me Charge L with no basic fee, offering discounted rates at IONITY stations, plus easy billing and payment integration.

The system can help to avoid collisions with vehicles moving in front or stationary vehicles, oncoming traffic when turning, pedestrians and cyclists. Along with distance and collision warnings, the system primarily offers situation appropriate braking assistance including performing an emergency stop, if necessary.

If you cross a broken or continuous line unintentionally, the system can warn you by making the steering wheel vibrate. With a continuous line, or if the lane behind a broken line has been identified as occupied, the assistance system can intervene further with braking on one side of the vehicle.

Optimise your seating position with fully electric adjustment options. Thanks to the ENERGIZING Package Plus, you can also enjoy activating or relaxing massages. If you are travelling in a sporty manner or offroad, the dynamic side bolsters offer you the best possible lateral support. The extended PRE-SAFE® function also increases safety.

3 climate zones enable an individual feel-good climate on board. The driver and front passenger can determine the temperature and air distribution according to their personal requirements. The 3rd climate zone is in the rear – with separately adjustable temperature and airflow.

The GUARD 360° Vehicle protection Plus offers all-round monitoring of the vehicle's environment. Thanks to the anti-theft alarm system, as well as emergency key deactivation, you are able to react quickly. On the road, the collision detection* function notifies you via app.
