By pressing the Mercedes me button or the phone book entry in the address book, your Mercedes establishes a voice connection with the Customer Care Centre. When this service is activated, relevant vehicle data and your location are sent directly to either a skilled employee on the phone or so the nearest Mercedes-Benz service partner can help you - even if you are not sure exactly where you are.

When a breakdown occurs, the emergency assistant is activated in the vehicle.

Maintenance Management

Experience how easy maintenance can be for your Mercedes-Benz.

Maintenance Management reminds you of upcoming maintenance and supports you in booking appointments. If the service is activated, all relevant vehicle data is also sent to your Mercedes-Benz service partner in advance, to make the service appointment as efficient as possible.
