Service Clinic 2008

Mercedes-Benz Singapore is proud to organise the Mercedes-Benz Service Clinic for the 5th year.

This year, the Service Clinic is tied to our radio campaign of “Only we care as much”, emphasizing on the conscientious effort by our dealer – Cycle & Carriage as well as Mercedes-Benz Singapore to foster a long term relationship with our customers through this customer relationship program.

With the continuous support from DCAA, we managed to get the assistance from Mr. Hintemaier to lead the clinic. Every vehicle was meticulously attended to by Mr. Hintemaier and a team of well-trained mechanic from our dealer. After every inspection, car owners were given advice and a detailed explanatory report on their car condition. With such dedication, what more can one asked for? No doubt year after year, the Service Clinic is eagerly awaited and upon launch, it attracted more than 200 participants to sign up, filling up every single slot.

Aside from the inspection and car care maintenance tips, some customers even made friends with our amiable master mechanic - Mr. Hintermaier.

A survey conducted after the clinic found 96% participants rating the Service Clinic as very good or excellent. To most of them, it’s more than just the experience but rather the relationship. Indeed in Mercedes-Benz Singapore, Only we care as much……….
